1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation through our online booking system, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

2. Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability. Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us to verify that your reservation has been successfully recorded.

3. Arrival Time

We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their reservation.

Your table will be held for **15 minutes** after the scheduled reservation time. If you expect to arrive later, please contact us as soon as possible. Reservations may be released after the grace period without prior notice.

4. Reservation Changes

Reservations may be modified, subject to availability.

If you need to change the date, time, or number of guests, please do so through the booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

5. Cancellations

Guests are encouraged to cancel their reservation as early as possible if they are unable to attend.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in future reservation restrictions.

Dietary requirements, allergies, celebrations, or other special requests should be noted during the reservation process.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

10. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation if a guest’s behavior is abusive, threatening, illegal, or disruptive to other guests or staff.

11. Children

Children are welcome under the supervision of their accompanying adults. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children do not disturb other guests.

12. Pets

Only service animals are permitted unless otherwise stated by the venue.

We shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

15. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide an excellent experience, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reservation system or attendance at our venue, except where required by applicable law.
